- I'm hoping to have the preview module ready by next week. I can't make promises because sometimes things take a little longer than I predict but that's what I'm aiming for. I just have to finish up the current section I'm on and do some testing.

ReplyDeleteFirst thing I noticed in the picture was the building on the cliff top. It reminded me of Psycho, was expecting Norman Bates to be looking out of the top window.
Had to do a double take to spot that the people were naked!! Guess the money they save on clothes goes on sunscreen :)
Looking forward to finding out what the price is. questions, questions, Is their a dark underside to this paradise that the PC will end up paying, or will the delay mean She'll not be in the right place to stop an event that's happening elsewhere, or is there a dayly fee of 5gps for staying at the Bates Motel . . er . . I mean Shangri-la.
Interesting theories. I will say that choosing to go here kind of takes the characters on a different path.

Fallyn, will there be an underwater area somewhere around the beach?
ReplyDeleteAn underground forest of seaweed with a great shark eating people? or a sunken airship beneath the waves filled with the waterlogged undead of the crew? Or a pearl diving contest for fun and profit?
I don't have an underwater encounter for this area. I do plan on having an underwater adventure a little bit later in the module. That won't be available in the upcoming preview that I'll be posting. I do like the idea of a pearl diving contest. I might see if I can use that somewhere.
