Tessa's armor can't even qualify as underwear, but it will definitely distract any enemy.

ReplyDeleteUnless you take them away and force us to fight with stock weapons and armour. Which would be a dick move, but effective all the same. :p In that case, however, I'd just spam hide in plain sight. Go-go Shadow Dancer! One level in a class was never so effective.
Lol at Tessa's armour. Looks good, but I'd pass on wearing that into battle. >< Nice colours schemes on 'em all though.
The arena fighters will have to use stock weapons and armor. Sorry :( I don't see any way around that to keep things fair and to keep the combatants from killing each other in two blows. I want them to be able to fight without killing each other. And yes, not much armor, so Tessa will have to make up for that with her dexterity and shadow dancing skills :)
DeleteI hope you'll make this fights more interesting than the one in the preview. In first module arena fights were fun, but exchanging blows for 5 minutes with blunted swords when you have 250+ hit points is not fun at all. Something more dynamic, for example a variation of Mad Max Thunderdome. Combatants start unarmed, weapons are scattered around arena, maybe even some other items (potions, caltrops, tanglefoot bags and the like), some other hazards are added...

Hi. I haven't planned on love interests finding out if you've been cheating. Most of the encounters happen privately where your love interest wouldn't find out. Tessa doesn't mind the occasional ménage à trois if she is your love interest. It is possible to have multiple secret love affairs without your love interest finding out. Daring and risky sex is where the fun comes in! In the end, you will have to decide on who your chosen romance will be.

ReplyDeleteMaybe even a horse race, say out intot he desert and back, with a few obsticles, and maybe even some attacks from wild animals/monsters?
Would be a nice tie back to the foot race that the character had to do back in the 1st module during her training.
