Gladiatrix III - Week 45 Update

A raven has delivered a letter to Sierra. The message claims to be from Kristaly Windsong, a friend that has been missing for some time now. The note says to go to a remote shipyard and look for her on an airship called Tempest. The message requests her to come alone. Sierra is anxious to see her dear friend but has no way of knowing if the letter is really from Kristaly or if she is even alive. Could this be the reunion she has been looking forward to or a trap?

  1. Why choose when you don't have to. I'm going with 'c: both.'

    Sounds like fun! :-)

  2. Kristaly is the leader of Scourge and was spying in Shroud for them! O woe is me! This letter to meet alone a friend who has been missing for the longest time smells really suspicious. Keep up the good work! I can barely wait for the ending of the series.

  3. Yes, possibly a trap with sexual shenanigans! :)

Look forward though to the return of Kristaly. Be good to see her again.

And of course can't wait to play the finished module! Thanks again for the updates.

  4. If romancing, Kristaly bail out Sierra from Alcan's prison and unlikely she is on Scourge side. But who knows, sometimes conditions multiplied by time can drastically change anyone...

PS.So soon already, keep up great work.

  5. Possibly why Kelvyn left her and what happened to him? Of course that was the catalyst for her having the fling with Braxton, who knows anything is possible, even could be her parents.

    1. I believe the clash is not between Good and Evil, but Law and Chaos, Alcon was just Lawful Evil, there would be Lawful Good and Lawful Neutral to contend with as well. That would also mean that in the organization she has been working for there has the full spectrum from Good down to Evil as well. Oh what shall a Chaotic Good woman do?

    1. Thanks! This is going to be the last module of the series. I'm currently working on the grand finale of the module so it won't be much longer.

    2. Indeed, I beleive the gladiatrix series is a great example of community created content and if ever you were to create another module I would eagerly follow it as well =)

  8. Do you have any other plans to let other authors use your world? Or perhaps give them a story to go with? Id like to help in that.

    1. Sure, I don't have a problem if other authors use my world as long as I get a little credit. You could say something like 'based on FallynRayne's Gladiatrix series'. I would definitely play it :)

    2. I defiantly would lol, ive been trying to create my own for years and found out I cant stick to a main story and I lack in certain areas. I imagine youd take a long break after completing this epic saga, but id like to team up in time to create something together.

  9. A story about Male Gladiator? Hmmm that could be interesting.

Can't hardly wait to play the part III, FallynRayne.

Btw, I've played the Gladiatrix III preview. No sex journal after sleeping with her boss?

    1. Hi. I didn't add the sex journals to the preview but they will be in the final version.

  10. I'll probably be a day late or so on this week's update. I've been doing more testing this week than building.

Wow, it is really hard to balance battles when the PC is level 20+! That is really taking some extra time. So the testing has been going something like this: put everything in place for a battle, load game, watch the imbalance as Sierra and her sidekick massacre everything in sight with little more than a scratch, go back to the toolset, adjust all the enemies, reload game, getting closer but not there yet, go back to toolset, adjust and tweak some more, load game, repeat this whole cycle until it is a balanced fight. And that is for just one battle! This has been the process for all major combat scenarios lately. I can use a little more guess work on the in-between battles.

Anyway, I guess you can get the idea how time consuming this can get. I REALLY appreciate you all hanging in there and not giving up on me. I think you'd rather me spend the extra time getting it right instead of rushing something together. I'm still shooting for end of April as my target for the beta release.

  12. Thank you so much for notifying. I didn't read your comment that you will be a day late. When I found that you haven't update you blog for 8 days it really made me worried.

Hope you're well and all your files are backed up properly :)
