Gladiatrix III - Week 35 Update

Welcome to the Everdark slave market where you are always sure to find something new. Take for instance, this exotic creature from the overside. On rare occasion you might find one of the fair elves from the surface world, but not today. The alluring curves of her form, bronzed skin and rounded ears make it clear that this is no elven maiden. She is sure to make an enticing addition to her future master's collection. Highest bid wins!

    1. Maybe a possible outcome though I suspect she is starting to love getting into these situations =P

  2. Lol, love how you captioned this screenshot. Obviously not being narrated by a Drow though - they'd never refer to a surface elf as fair. :p

    1. I'll give a little hint. It's a Duergar dwarf playing the role of slave merchant. You can see him in the screenshot.

As to the questions on how she got captured, where she will end up and where her companions are... it wouldn't be right for me to give everything away. Stay tuned :)

  3. Maybe it's a trick and being 'sold' is just a ploy to gain entrance to somewhere.

Question is, what's happened to her companions?

Ok, the OTHER question is what will whoever buys her do with her, pit fighting? wall hanging at a party? sacrifice on an alter? A new coat? or even Dhun Dhun Dhuuun!! something nice?

    1. I'm going for pit fight with the loser being sacrificed, and the winner being 'elevated' to pleasure slave.

    1. Agreed with my Anonymous brother there. ;)

Don't necessarily like item strips. But if clothes get stripped, I guess that's more acceptable. Heh.

Something like that usually happens to my player characters though, in that I most always plan an innocent type who just accidently (maybe accidentally on purpose?) blunders into these kind of nefarious traps.

Should've listened to all my pals who said never go into the Underdark! (or whatever it's being called by the kids these days). ;)

  5. Let's just hope that it isn't the squiddie in the background who wins the auction!

  6. I like that you're not using FR in your world/mods. The races of the Everdark are therefore not stock, giving their motives a bit more mystery. This'll make figuring out which way the story is going to go, a lot harder. Perfect.

  7. There is a similar scene in a dance with rogues 2 that is very frustrating. I loved Valine but this scene would take forever and the princess would just have to wait and wait and wait to get purchased and on to the action. Since the hero is restricted on how heroic she can be at least let her demonstrate her individuality and gain information about the realm she is in. Perhaps she can create a wedge between bidders with how she interacts with them.

    1. I somewhat understand the frustration with that scene, because it's a quite long cutscene. But I don't think she would be allowed to say anything. I think as long as there is at least the chance for some internal dialogue, or the scene is moved through with decent narrative pace, it should be fine.

  8. Are you not copying a dance with rogues too much ?
