The Northern Air Docks are a major hub of travel. Sierra is here to rendezvous with Tessa for her next assignment. The mission is to meet with the Dakari, a distant tribe of plainsmen, which aren't governed by the realms of Hadrian. The Shroud's hope is that Sierra can form an alliance with the barbarians to help in the war to come. This will be a difficult task as the Dakari have no love for the people of the realms.
- Finished building the northern air docks.
- I'll be adding some encounters at the docks and then building a quest related to a village that you will travel to.

Are you planning on having a concequence or more evil missions for those characters that went through the evil missions in part 2?
ReplyDeleteSomething based on the fact the PC had to pray to an evil god in one of the evil missions in part 2 could be fun. Maybe having the character sent a dream showing where a temple is outside one of the towns where she needs to perform somekind of ritual?
And just so it's not a lot of work just for evil characters, if the PC hadn't done those other evil quests, than her cleric companion tells her of an evil temple and asks her aid in cleansing it. - but in either choice have her solo the quest.
Hi CM. There aren't any direct consequences that carry over into the next module for making evil choices. Only the alignment shift. There will be evil choices that can be made in G3. Most of it isn't going to be the evil variety of "I feel like being mean and nasty." It's going to be more of a moral dilemma. For instance, if the player decides to turn to the dark side it could be with good reason. I want the player asking themselves if these decisions make sense on some level. I like shades of gray a lot better than the black and white variety of good vs evil. I don't want to give too much away so I'll stop now :)

ReplyDeleteJust out of a curiosity: is there a way to understand if Tessa's romance is still alive? There wasn't any intimate moment besides the one in the brothel, and her greetings where so.. cold. No goodbye kiss, no kind words, just "See you soon". :)
If you still have Tessa's ring then the romance is still going. The only way you can destroy the romance with her to this point is to break up with her when you meet her in the Gentlemen's Club in Nova's Cape.
DeleteI just finished chapter 2 and it was very good, but I did miss not even getting to see Landon :( Hopefully he will show up in chapter 3 - but how can you tell with Landon? the romance is still active? :)
